Frozen Protein Cookie Dough Bites

  • ½ cup melted extra virgin coconut oil

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup paleo flour or almond flour

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder

  • ½ bag of melted chocolate chips

Combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup, flour of choice and protein powder in a bowl then press into silicone molds.  Top with melted chocolate and then place in the freezer until firm.  Store in the freezer.
