Ingredients:
1 large egg

1 large egg white

1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1⁄4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 slices Ezekiel bread 
Coconut oil spray
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, for serving


Method:
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, egg white, cinnamon, and vanilla. Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture. Spray a 10-inch skil- let with the coconut oil, then cook the slices over medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
