As young children pick up on Corona-anxiety, parents are looking for ways to help them cope with the big feelings of a global pandemic - without overloading them with information. In the past week, journalist and author Amy Molloy has seen a spike in sales of her children's book, How to Recycle Your Feelings - a picture book that emotionally soothes a child, and any grownup reading it aloud to them (press release attached).

"When your children are young, it's not always possible to have deep and meaningful conversations about emotions," says Amy, who is also a trained counsellor, "But you can disguise therapeutic techniques in fictional stories - which is what this book does."
