WHAT WEEK?
17

HOW BIG IS BABY?
About 5 inches long or the size of an orange!

WHAT’S SOMETHING NEW THIS WEEK?
Baby girl is kicking! It’s usually late at night I feel her, it’s so comforting and nice and when I’ve been distracted all day she reminds me that she’s here with me, having experienced my day with me. It’s so beautiful knowing all we get to share together and all she has to do is grow big and strong!

MOST CHALLENGING MOMENT?
I never sleep the first night before a new job so I had two nights in a row of not sleeping so great. First night I had 4 hours sleep and the second night I had about 5-6 hours. I was very very tired at work. This film is really paced up too, so the filming is very fast and go, go, go! It’s been hard trying to keep on top of it all.

MOST EXCITING MOMENT?
Felling my little wonder kicking (or punching in there) I think I felt the others a tad earlier, besides Bodhi so it’s been really nice to finally get the reassurance that she’s in there and doing great. I just love having her company.

EXERCISE?
I actually get to fill this one out this week haha. I’ve been doing A LOT. Huffing and puffing so much. In the movie I chase around my little co-star Tristan a fair bit but in the snow with layers on is always going to make things harder! I’m running and dodging and playing tag and you can’t stop until they say “Cut” and then you have to do it over and over again! Also there are so many stairs in the house as it’s four stories and they’re quite steep. I think I’m burning at least 1000 calories every time I’m in that house!

I also went on a massive walk pushing the double pram with the two little ones asleep the other day and I was utterly exhausted. I was pushing them up steep embankments. It’s very hilly around here, Mark said in True Teresa style I got overly ambitious!

MEALS?
Very healthy this week! Avocados, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, wraps, lemons, spinach, Lovewell smoothies, green juices etc. Chickpea salads, potatoes, ratatouille! Yummy and super healthy oh plus pizza haha!

REFLECTIONS?
I am really enjoying the “oh just let go” mentality surrounding everything. Not taking anything too seriously, having a laugh when things feel hard and just pushing through when I’m tired without stressing. I notice that having that kind of surrendered way about things really serves me, in my work, in my parenting and in my connections with others.
