Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats 
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 
- 1 apple, diced 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 
- Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, or extra apple slices 
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup. 
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
